Cakes By Robin ... We are a home-based business located in Wanchese, North Carolina. Located just 5 miles from Nags Head on Roanoke Island.
All cakes are freshly home-baked and made by appointment only. I will personally take the time to meet with brides and grooms to understand your needs so that your wedding cake experience will meet your expectations. Simplicity is what I strive for in a cake. Buttercakes with (old-fashioned buttercream icing) is my trademark. Made with the finest ingredients and baked just the day before the wedding. All my shells are handmade with the best chocolate available. I have been making cakes for 12 years and wedding cakes for 10 years.
Cakes by Robin offers the traditional butter cream cake with butter cream icing which is the favorite of most brides. Additional flavors can be made upon request. Fillings include pineapple, raspberry, strawberry, chocolate, and amaretto. Additional flavors are also available.
A delivery and set up fee will be charged for most orders. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required when ordering a wedding cake. Full payment is due two week prior to event. All cakes that require additional equipment, such as pillars and stands, will require a deposit which will be refundable when equipment is returned safely.
